Fitness Goals

Below is the list of my current fitness goals. All tangible, all achievable.

  1. Deadlift my own body weight COMPLETED – 27 March 2017
  2. Do one unassisted pullup
  3. Run 10km
  4. Complete a WOD at Rx (As prescribed)
  5. Do 10 proper, nose to the ground and up, pressups
  6. (NEW) Do 5 Double Unders, unbroken
  7. (NEW) Do one Handstand Pushup (strict or kipped)
