Below is the list of my current fitness goals. All tangible, all achievable.
Deadlift my own body weightCOMPLETED – 27 March 2017- Do one unassisted pullup
- Run 10km
- Complete a WOD at Rx (As prescribed)
- Do 10 proper, nose to the ground and up, pressups
- (NEW) Do 5 Double Unders, unbroken
- (NEW) Do one Handstand Pushup (strict or kipped)
